The New Diana ISD is pleased to announce that Mrs. Ashley Zucosky and Mr. Joshua Stewart were affirmed by the Board of Trustees to assume new roles in January 2026, during our regular board meeting last night. Mrs. Zucosky, the current Principal at Robert F. Hunt Elementary, will assume the district role of Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum and Instruction. Mr. Joshua Stewart, the current Assistant Principal, will assume the role of Principal at Robert F. Hunt Elementary starting January 5, 2026. NDISD Veterans Day Program Location Change & Attendance Information
Due to ongoing construction and limited parking this year, our district’s annual Veterans Day Program will be held in the Robert F. Hunt Elementary cafeteria instead of the secondary campus. The previously planned time of 9am to 10am will remain the same.
Because of these space and parking constraints, we will not be able to invite parents of performing students to attend the program in person as we have in past years. We know this is disappointing, and we truly appreciate your understanding and flexibility.
To ensure everyone can still experience this special event, we will livestream the Veterans Day Program on our district's main Facebook page so that families, friends, and community members can watch from anywhere. A viewing link will be shared prior to the program.
Our top priority is to ensure we have enough space to comfortably accommodate our veterans and their families as our honored guests. Thank you for supporting this important tradition and for helping us make it a memorable celebration for those who have served.
